Mytek now maintains two offices: The Headquarters in New York, conducting business and support in Americas and Worldwide with exception of Europe. We are open on weekdays 10am-6pm EST. US and worldwide Mytek Online Store sales are conducted by the US office and shipped from New York.  US office is open on weekdays 10am-6pm EST.

The newly established offical Mytek EU Branch: “Mytek Europe Sp.z.o.o”, Corporation in Warsaw, Poland is now open and responsible for all European business and support.  European Mytek Online Store sales  (in EUR)  are conducted by the US office and shipped from Warsaw, Poland. EU office it's open on weekdays 10am-6pm CET.

Mytek Europe has replaced the former Distributor, HEM Sp. z o.o.  for all business in Europe . Any Mytek related business and support should be conducted with Mytek.
